Using real case reviews, case studies of real-world situations, and role playing, this ADA compliance training course provides supervisors the resources to be better prepared to recognize protected individuals, respond to requests for accommodation, engage in the interactive process, and avoid common mistakes.

Bystander Intervention in the Workplace
This course aims to empower employees to recognize and intervene in potentially harmful situations at work. The course gives learners a toolkit of safe, effective, and role-appropriate tactics to use in everyday work situations.

Managing Bias
This course defines bias, describes how it affects the work environment, and encourages learners to use that knowledge to reduce the negative effects of bias. Learners will recognize that biases can affect our actions, and that if left unchecked, biases can create an unhealthy work culture.
